reunions. Upstairs suite offers kitchen, living, dining, two
fireplaces, wrap around balconies, four bedrooms, (three queens, three
twins, full size rollaway) and two baths. Downstairs suite offers
two bedrooms, one bath, living room, fireplace, and veranda.
Cancellation policy: Six weeks cancellation required. Non-refundable
$35.00 limited accidental damage waiver fee.

located directly on the #1 fairway at St. Andrews Country Club in Ocean
Springs, and just a half mile from the beach. This home offers
four bedrooms and three baths, with lovely private view of the golf
course from the back of the house. Ideal for golfers or families.
Bedding arrangements are: Three queen beds, two twin beds, and a
queen sleeper sofa located in the separate 'fifth' bedroom we call the
19th Hole, located off patio area and overlooking the golf course.
Fully equipped with all large and small appliances, including
washer and dryer.
 Includes
access to the
Olympic-size
swimming pool and children's pool at the St. Andrews Country Club
house, a short one-block walk, for a nominal fee.
One small pet is allowed.
Pet Fee of $50.00 (non-refundable). Non-refundable $35.00 limited accidental damage waiver fee.

getaway, this house cannot be beat! Come and stay at one of the
Mississippi Gulf Coast's finest vacation beach houses, offering 4500 sq. ft.
on two separate levels, with double balconies to capture the views of the
beach, the Gulf of Mexico, and Horn Island!
This house is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on private Belle
Fontaine Beach in Ocean Springs, just minutes to shopping, antiquing,
restaurants, art galleries, sidewalk cafes, historic districts, and museums!
Amenities offered at this home include five very spacious bedrooms and four
and a half baths, one of which is a Jack and Jill bathroom. The master bath
offers a huge walk in shower with all of the upgraded plumbing fixtures,
including a rain shower head.
This home is ideal for family reunions as it is located next door to the
Surfside II, a three bedroom/two bath home that accommodates 8. For
convenience, a "dumb waiter" can be used for moving luggage. For our
golfers, the price cannot be beat!
Interior features offer solid oak hardwood flooring, 21-inch ceramic tile
flooring, marble baths, granite countertops, custom site built cabinetry,
and stainless steel appliances.
Bedding arrangements at this location are: two king beds, three queen
beds, and one queen sleeper sofa.

Fontaine Beach in Ocean Springs offers water views from both sides!
Balconies run the full length of the house on both the beach side and the
bayou side, so lots of outdoor space for entertaining is available!
This lovely new home offers three bedrooms (with a split
floor plan) and two full baths, and will accommodate 8 comfortably. Bedding
arrangements are: Two queen beds, one full size bed, and queen sleeper sofa.
All furnishings are new as of June, 2007. All linens, towels, dishware,
cookware, and BBQ grill are available, as well as cable TV. and DVD/VCR
players. A television is available in the master bedroom as well.
For golfing enthusiasts, this home is located very near to
St. Andrews Golf Course, Shell Landing, Gulf Hills Country Club, and
Mississippi National, as well as the new Preserve Golf Course.
For fishing or crabbing enthusiasts, fish from the property.

This four bedroom/two bath house is so
bright, airy, and cheerful, that you absolutely won't want to leave!
This beach house has a pier for you to use.
Double French doors are plentiful from the
bedrooms and the living area, as well as oversized picture windows in the
spacious living/kitchen areas. Step out of your bedroom or the living area
onto an oversized deck as well. Enjoy the new furnishings and decor, as well
as the new ceramic tile throughout the house.
Walk down to the beach on your own
boardwalk. For larger parties, this home is close to the Sea Spray and
Carmen's Fiesta Beach Houses. Located on private Belle Fontaine Beach in
Ocean Springs, directly east of Biloxi.
Bedding arrangements are:
- Upstairs: Three queen beds, and two
deluxe queen size futons.
- Downstairs: Two twin beds.
This home will accommodate up to 12
comfortably. All large appliances, cable TV, DVD players, and telephone are
