By providing my credit card number to Rental Resources, I agree that the conditions and information contained in the following rental policy have been read carefully and accepted by me on behalf of all members of my party and agree to abide by such conditions and limitations.

All rates subject to change without notice prior to confirming.

Summer rates: 4/1 - 9/15 (standard for most properties)
Winter rates:
10/1 - 3/31 (standard for most properties, except for holiday and special-events periods)
Mid-season rates:
4/1 - 5/15, 9/15-10/30 (Applicable to properties indicating mid-season rates)

Check in time: 3:00 P.M. at condominiums, 4:00 P.M. at beach houses.
Check out time: 11:00 A.M. Departure after 11:00 A.M. will constitute another day's stay.

Cancellation policies: Two weeks at most properties. Holiday cancellation: One month cancellation required for holiday periods. This would include Memorial Day week, July 4th week, Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, New Years week, Easter Week, Mardi Gras week, Cruising the Coast, Peter Anderson Arts Festival, and spring break. You will be charged a fee equal to one night's stay for failure to cancel. Deposits are transferable to other dates or other locations. A $50.00 fee is assessed for all cancellations.

Cancellation policies for winter rentals (January - March) for stays of longer than one week is one month in advance. For one week or less, the standard two week cancellation policy applies. Your deposit may be forfeited if the unit you have reserved is not rebooked for the same time period, if cancellation is made after the cancellation period. A $50.00 charge will be applied for all cancellations. A charge of $300.00 for cancelling inside of one month prior to arrival, and a standard $50.00 fee for cancelling outside of one month.

Limited Damage Waiver: The limited damage waiver is a $35.00 fee added to the reservation total and is automatically added to each reservation. It covers the registered guest against any accidental damages to the unit or its contents for an amount not to exceed $1200.00, when reported immediately. This fee eliminates the necessity for traditional security deposits. Please report any damage to the unit as soon as it occurs so that we may be able to access and/or minimize any damage. This insurance is only valid if damages are reported PRIOR TO CHECKOUT. It becomes VOID upon departure. The limited damage waiver does not apply to items that are found to be missing upon inventory after each departure. Damages in excess of $1200.00 are the responsibility of the person named on the reservation.

Payment: Payment is due in full upon/prior to arrival. If you elect to pay by check, and your check is returned for any reason, there will be a $25.00 returned check fee added to your balance. Since we are not a hotel, you will be charged for the entire length of stay reserved and will not be refunded for checking in late and/or checking out early. Sorry, refunds cannot be made due to inclement weather, with the exception of an impending tropical storm or hurricane.

Cancellation policies for tee time reservations: 72 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within 72 hours can result in a full charge for tee times and cart rentals, as per individual golf course policies.

Management reserves the right to substitute reserved unit for comparable unit in the event that reserved unit becomes unavailable.

The Casino Coast Golf Player's Card: No refunds are given for the golf card, if the card has been used. If you have purchased golf cards but have not used them, the cards may be exchanged for use for a later date, if your arrival/departure dates change. Rental Resources has no financial, business, or any other type of interest in the Casino Coast Golf Player's Card. This card is offered as a service to our customers only, via paid advertising on our website by Golf Player's Corp. For any refunds, exchanges, or changes in tee times, the purchaser must contact Golf Player's Corp.

Pet fees: All pet fees are non-refundable. Pets cannot be brought in to locations not allowing pets. A forfeiture of deposits may apply. The pet fees are $50 - $75 for stays of less than one month, and $150 for stays beyond one month. These five pets are not insurable, therefore, cannot be accepted for stays: 1. Rottweiler, 2. Pit Bull 3. Chow 4. Doberman Pinscher 5. German Sheppard (with the exception of a service dog).

Departure cleaning fees: All departure cleaning fees are non-refundable. Our housekeeping staff works hard to please you prior to your arrival and upon your departure! Additional housekeeping services are available upon request. If you find any problems with maintenance or housekeeping, please notify our office as soon as possible and we will correct it as quickly as possible. If any furnishings in the unit are moved around, or trash is found in the yard at any beach house, there may be an additional housekeeping charge assessed.

Studio units: $55.00
One bedroom units: $75.00
Two bedroom units: $85.00
Three bedroom units: $95.00
Four bedroom units: $105.00

Note: Additional housekeeping services are available at your request. Please call our office to make arrangements.

Lockouts and keys: If you lock yourself out of your unit during or after office hours, there will be a maintenance call fee of $50.00 to deliver another key to your unit. For keys not returned, there will be a key replacement fee of $50.00 per key.

Linens: Please do not remove the towels or linens from your unit. Do not take towels to the beach or pool area, or hang towels over the balconies. We recommend that you bring your own beach towels for swimming. Following are the replacement costs for missing towels:

Bath towels: $7.00 each
Hand towels: $5.00 each
Washcloths: $3.00 each

These charges do not include the cost for housekeeping to purchase and replace them. All towels and linens belong solely to the unit you occupy. Please do not take towels or linens to other units.

After hours emergencies: On your confirmation and in your unit, as well as our voice mail system, will be an after hours emergency number. Please call this number ONLY in case of emergencies. Non-emergencies will be noted and handled the following day during office hours.

Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted at all locations*. Payment can be made by check or money order if received one week in advance of arrival. Sorry, we do not accept cash payments on arrival.
*EXCEPTION to the preceding: at Magnolia Manor, payment must be made by check, cash, money orders or traveler's checks at this location prior to or upon arrival.

Occupancies: The total number of persons allowed in the unit at any time is restricted to the number stated on your confirmation. You may be charged an additional rate of $10.00 per day, per person, for more than the stated number on your confirmation. For overcrowding or loud parties in units, your reservation could be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

Guarantee of Confirmation: Upon booking of your selected property, you will be mailed or faxed a confirmation. In order to guarantee your confirmation, you must mail or fax back the enclosed copy with your signature. Upon receipt of your phone reservation, your reservation at that time has been confirmed, and your unit has been reserved. Non-receipt of your signed confirmation by this office does not mean that your reservations have been cancelled, and you may still be charged for failure to cancel. All cancellations must be made in writing via e-mail, fax, or snail mail.

Shipment of Items Left Behind: Rental Resources is not responsible for any items left in any unit, or the return of those items. However, at your request, we will return your item(s) through our housekeeping department for a fee of $20.00, plus shipping and handling.

Reporting of Maintenance or Housekeeping Needs:  In order to serve you better and to make your stay as pleasant as possible, any complaints regarding maintenance needs or housekeeping problems must be reported during your stay as soon as possible. Any complaints received after departure regarding maintenance or housekeeping will not be reimbursed, credited, or compensated for.

Agency Disclosure: Rental Resources is the agent of the property owner and is acting at all times, in and for the best interest of the Client-Owner(s). Rental Resources will treat all customers/guests with honesty and fair dealings. Guest understands that no security is provided at any property. Neither Rental Resources nor the owner(s) is liable for injury, damage, violence or otherwise that might happen to the guest while at a property. Agent will not be held responsible for acts of theft, vandalism or damages to the owner or guest’s personal property.

Rental Resources cannot be held responsible for any perceived inadequacies in any of it's properties. Property descriptions and all details both written and verbal are given in good faith and are believed to be correct. We regularly inspect our properties, but cannot accept responsibility for any changes made by the owner since our last inspection.
