The location is very convenient for parents too, as there is a public park directly to the east of the house with terrific water features for the kids!

Across the street to the north is a state of the art fitness center, available to the public at NO CHARGE at the new community center. The community center also offers a modern meeting and reception facility that accommodates up to 150 people, available at a small hourly rate.

Also located very nearby is the Ivy Vista Beach House, (3 bedrooms/2 baths) and the Sandpiper II Beach House (2 bedrooms, 2 baths). This is ideal for larger family gatherings. Between the three homes, we can accommodate up to 22 people.

Interior features include a large Jacuzzi tub, hardwood and ceramic floors, separate walk-in shower, new countertops, fridge with icemaker, and open floor plan. This home was completely renovated after Hurricane Katrina, top to bottom.

Exterior features offer a nice deck area for viewing the beach or the park, and BBQ grill for your outdoor cooking enjoyment.
